DPCBridge.ai is operated by Aether Practice Solutions Inc. We built this tool to help Direct Primary Care physicians make the financial case for DPC to employers. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
When you request a free Employer Pitch Kit through our form, we collect:
We do not collect any health information, financial account details, or other sensitive personal data. The DPC savings calculator runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter are never sent to our servers.
We use the information you provide for two purposes:
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties. Period. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other company for their marketing purposes.
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database powered by Supabase. Supabase provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Only authorized members of the Aether Practice Solutions team have access to the data.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing scripts. The only analytics tool on this site is Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-RZ1ZDTVWY1), which helps us understand how visitors use the calculator so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses essential cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@dpcbridge.ai. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed from our systems.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information.
If you are a Colorado resident, similar rights are available to you under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), including rights to access, correct, and delete your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We do not engage in targeted advertising.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of DPCBridge.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
